The Little River Band hasn’t lost the talent for keeping the
crowd happy over the past 42 years. They are successful in Australia,
where they formed in 1975, and the United States. Reminiscing
(an early hit for the group) demonstrates the talent and passion for delivering
a memorable experience.

Songs like Take it
Easy on Me and Cool Change did
not disappoint. It’s a wonderful treat to be treated special for being a fan. Check
out the Little River Band Fan Club on FB. It’s a relatively new place to visit.
Members of LRB take pictures of the audience and post them to FB to review the following
day (or later). You can see the rocking good time we had on Sunday night at the
Nugget in Sparks.
The audience was encouraged to sing along as Lonesome
Loser was belted out for our listening pleasure. Even if you don’t know (or
remember) the words, you’ll have them down pat in no time.
Upcoming concerts for 2017 include the Rialto Theatre in
Tucson, Arizona on July 25, Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, NY August 3,
and Rams Head On Stage August 7 in Annapolis, MD. Borrowing a line from Lady, “make time to be there.” I'm glad I did.
